This girl cannot sing but I love the song. Her voice is so… i don’t know like scratchy or hoarsey or something. And she can’t even hit the high notes. Listen to Miley, then go and listen to another artist like Taylor Swift. Taylor’s voice is soft, Miley’s is like rough and it hurts your ears sometimes. LOL.
