The 2010 Winter Olympics is being held in Vancouver, B.C. (Canada) They will take place from February 12th through the 28th. This year there are 82 countries participating in the 2010 Winter Olympics. The medal count for the USA is 34 medals total (Gold-8, Silver-13 and Bronze-13). Germany takes second place with 27 medals. Canada takes third with 21 medals. This year, there are 15 sports in the Winter Olympics. The ice sports include: bobsledding, luge, skeleton, ice hockey, figure skating (ice dancing), speed skating, short track speed skating, and curling. The alpine, skiing, and snowboarding events are alpine skiing, freestyle skiing and snowboarding. The following events are Nordic events: Biathlon, Cross country skiing, ski jumping, and Nordic combined. The following Americans have earned 3 medals in the 2010 Winter Olympics: Bode Miller (Alpine Skiing), Johnny Spillane (Nordic Combined), and Apolo Ohno (Short Track). Next week Miranda will appear on a 2 hour event a special edition of “MTV’s Cribs.

Miranda stars on the Nickelodeon show “iCarly. It is about Carly Shay (Miranda Cosgrove) and all the wacky things seen on her home-produced web show with Sam Picket (Jennette McCurdy) and their tech producer Freddy Benson (Nathan Kress).

She lives with her 20 something year old brother who likes making wacky sculptures and likes being an artist.

On the first ever “MTV’s Cribs Teens Countdown” Miranda Cosgrove will be giving tours of twelve young celebrities homes.

“A few weeks ago I got to shoot a special edition of “MTV’s Cribs” and I get to countdown the top 12 teen homes in “Cribs History” she writes.

Some of the featured people on the special edition of the show will be “Bow-Wow”,Shaun White, and sisters “Aly and AJ”.

The show will be on Saturday the seventeenth of January. Don’t miss it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it would be awesome to get to do something like that!!! I would also think that being one of the people that having one of the top 12 homes in “Cribs History” is totally kool and very awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
